Transitions in life are something every spiritual woman entrepreneur must face. They can be scary and overwhelming, especially when you aren’t sure what the future will bring. While going through life transitions isn’t optional (we all have to do it), how you move through them is definitely up to you.
When I think about some of the most challenging transitions in my life, I realize they were also my greatest teachers and blessings. They absolutely changed my perceptions and understanding about how life works. And they gave me powerful tools that I use every day to manifest the life of my dreams.
I would like to share some strategies that have worked for me. I know they can help you move through your life transitions peacefully, calmly, and successfully.
Set Intention for Clarity – Sometimes the biggest challenge is determining if the transition or change is right for you. Before you go about making major changes in your life, ask the Universe to let you know whether you should move forward with this idea.
Some life transitions where you might want to seek clarity include whether you should relocate, if you should start or expand a business, is now the right time for you to get married or divorced, and what should you do now that the kids have left home.
Tell the Universe that you want to know very clearly what you should do. If you get guidance to move ahead, then work with the following ideas.
Divine Partnership – It can be unbelievably stressful for you to try to figure out how to get through a major change on your own. But you don’t have to do it alone. The Divine is ready, willing, and able to help you successfully navigate this important time in your life.
Invite the Divine to be your partner. You have limited understanding about what is possible, but the Divine knows the perfect way for you to successfully move through this transition. Allow It to guide you step-by-step to a successful result.
Treat for Perfect Outcome –Make a list of what a successful result would be for you. Include all elements (big and small) of what you would like included in it. Every day say a spiritual treatment directing the Universe to bring you the circumstances that match what you have listed. Be careful not to outline the specific way you think it needs to manifest. Just focus on the end result.

Past Successful Transitions – When you’re going through a major change, it can be easy to forget that you’ve already successfully gone through many transitions in your life. Think about the strategies that helped you in the past. Which ones can you use now?
It’s also important to remember that the Divine was working behind the scenes helping you get through previous changes. It always operates the same way. It was there in the past and It will help you now.
Breathe – No matter how hard you try to stay positive, there
may be times when you feel completely overwhelmed. If stress and anxiety try to
take control over you, close your eyes and take deep belly breaths. As you
breathe in and out, turn within and feel that you are connected to a Divine
Presence that loves you and is helping you achieve your good.
Don’t Listen to Experts – Experts often tell you what’s possible based on current facts. But you don’t want to work only on the level of facts. You want to work on the level of the invisible where anything is possible.
You have access to the limitless power of the universe. Create what you really want mentally (not just what you think is possible) and then take the actions you are guided to take. When you dream big, you can achieve big!
Make Self-Care a Priority – Going through transitions in life can be extremely stressful on your body. Make sure that you get plenty of sleep. Do some exercise daily (it’s great for relieving stress!) and eat nutritious foods.
You want to make sure that you are doing everything possible to keep your body strong and healthy.
Powerful Affirmations– One of the most important things you need to do during major transitions is to manage your thinking. It’s a Universal Law that, ‘What you think about, you bring about.’
When fear strikes, say powerful affirmations such as ‘The Divine is turning everything to good’ ‘Everything is working out well for me’ ‘The Divine is here so only good can result.”
You may have to repeat these affirmations ten times, or twenty times, or two hundred times during the day to get your mind to calm down. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve repeated these affirmations when I’ve gone through some of my toughest challenges. I would say them as a mantra, over and over again so I could manage my fear. I’m grateful to say, things ALWAYS worked out well for me and they can work out well for you too!
What you think about, you bring about.
Visualize End Result – Your brain doesn’t know the difference between something that is real and something that is vividly imagined. Also, the Universe works on the mental blueprints you give it to create your circumstances.
Imagine that you’re having coffee with a friend, telling her how you successfully managed this transition and got amazing results. Feel all the positive emotions that come from experiencing major success. When you play it enough times in your mind, it can eventually play out in your life.
You are a strong and powerful woman. You have what it takes to not only get through this transition, but to thrive as a result. Follow these strategies and get ready for wonderful things to come your way!
